AI Empower Inc. collects account, onboarding, and attempt data to operate MMI practice experiences, analytics, and performance feedback.

Authentication is handled through Firebase. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or raw payment credentials on this platform.

We process response text/audio transcripts for rubric evaluation and educational feedback. We apply security controls such as access checks, short-lived signed URLs, and request-rate protection.

We share data only with service providers required to run the platform (for example: cloud hosting, auth, payment, model providers), under contractual or policy controls.

You may request account-data access or deletion where applicable by contacting info@aiempower.ca.
